The space
The apartment is warm and spacious (115 square meters). Ceilings are high (3.3m). The living room extends into a Ryukyu style tatami room. The floor is wrapped by windows, balconies and mountain views.
It was recently renovated and fully equipped.

The roof terrace is a great spot for sunsets, between the sea and Mount Omoto, the highest point in Okinawa. It has a Weber barbecue, a dining space and a hammock for star gazing.

The beach is a few steps away.

Guest access
You will enjoy exclusive use of the roof terrace.
The garden use is exclusive to the other flat downstairs.
Access to the snorkeling equipment and the outdoor shower is shared with the downstairs flat.
There are 2 parking spots dedicated to the apartment.

100% refund if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

From May 1st to August 31st, flying termites are hitting the island on some nights. Please do not open windows after sunset, even with the insect nets on. Termites entering the house may settle and cause great damage.
